III. Processing when using this website
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM . Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technical log data including IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information. This processing is necessary for the secure and reliable operation of the website and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only after you actively allow external video content do we save your choice in local storage under a separate key for Vimeo or YouTube. This avoids repeated requests for the same provider. The choice remains on your device until you withdraw it below or clear your browser data.
External media
Some project pages offer videos hosted by Vimeo or YouTube. No connection to these providers is made before you actively allow the respective provider. After activation, the provider may process data such as your IP address, device information, the page visited and, where applicable, cookies or similar technologies. This may also involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Email contact and job applications
When you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Application data is processed only to manage the application process, based on Section 26 para. 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. Unless statutory retention obligations apply or you have given separate consent for a talent pool, application data is deleted no later than six months after the application process has ended.
